KYL/D Performs at Association of Performing Arts Professionals (APAP) Conference: Saturday, January 11th from 5-5:30PM

KYL/D returns to APAP with an exciting preview and excerpt of Black Moon, a piece by Artistic Director Kun-Yang Lin that delves into the Chinese tale of the Moon goddess, the hero, moon rabbit and a tree of immortal life. This showcase is presented as part of the 2024 Dance Manager’s Collective Showcase.

KYL/D & Philadelphia Museum of Art present Museum Mindfulness: Minimalism in Motion. Saturday, January 25th from 11am-12pm

Explore mindful movement inspired by Ellsworth Kelly’s minimalist art. KYL/D’s Abby Donnenfeld will lead a CHI Dance session. Through CHI Dance, participants will experience movement infused with elements found in tai chi, yoga, and chi gong. This class is designed for beginners, with both seated and standing movement adaptations. Please wear comfortable clothing. This event is free after museum admission, reservations required.

Join KYL/D as we celebrate the year of the snake at Dilworth Park with folk dance performances, alongside other fun activities supported by Temple University. This event is free and open the public, no registration required. The event is weather permitting and subject to change.
